Location: Liverpool
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
💰 Welcome Bonus: £5,000 (paid upon completion of probation and Ofsted registration)
🏡 Occupancy Bonus: Up to £5,000 per year (paid monthly, based on occupancy and quality outcomes)

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead one of our children’s residential homes in Liverpool.
You’ll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and therapeutic care to young people aged 8–17 with complex needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Working closely with your team, you’ll create a nurturing, stable environment where every young person feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

Requirements
We’re looking for a leader who is:
Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
Experienced in residential childcare (minimum of 2 years in a managerial role)
Skilled in safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards
Confident in managing teams, budgets, and regulatory processes
Committed to trauma-informed, person-centred care
Essential:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Full UK driving licence
