I just wanted to send an email to praise the staff at Dakota House.
Especially Becky, Mark & John.
They go above & beyond to see Louise is well cared for.
When Louise has been upset or crying on the phone, I’ve asked if they would give a cuddle to Louise as I can’t, what with the distance from us to her, they have always given her it & sat with her talking & making sure Louise is being listened to.
I know Louise struggles with her emotions but the staff find a way to pick her back up & put a smile on her face.
Becky & Mark sit with Louise to help her with emails & help her express her opinions on anything she wants to say.
Every care home Louise has been in, I have always been on edge of what the next phone call would bring. But since Louise has been in Dakota House, I have been able to go to bed & actually sleep knowing Louise is being well cared for & not worrying if Louise can get out of the house or being able to obsconde.
If there was more people like Becky, Mark & John then this world would be a better place, thank you for what you do for Louise, but also to my self, Dave & Hilda.
Thank you will never be enough, & I appreciate everything you all do!
