The placement has been proactive in promoting my young person’s contact with family and friends to support their welfare and have informed me of any concerns.

If there was more people like Becky, Mark & John then this world would be a better place, thank you for what you do for Louise, but also to my self, Dave & Hilda.

I am kept up to date with any developments in respect of my young person and I have observed the quality of the relationships my young person has with members of staff, which is a huge positive for her as it has helped her to develop appropriate relationships with the staff and accept their support and guidance.
