With years of experience in health, well-being, and nutrition, he brings a holistic approach to leadership—combining strategic insight with a passion for promoting wellness and high performance across his ventures.

Kazem Cole
A dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a thriving business. As Company Director, they take strategic ownership of the company’s vision and direction, driving sustainable growth while ensuring operational excellence across all areas.

Liam Rice
A forward-thinking leader committed to delivering exceptional care and support while driving operational excellence, business growth, and positive change across the organisation.

Lee Smith
A strategic and detail-focused financial leader dedicated to maintaining strong financial health, operational efficiency, and the long-term sustainability of services

Julie Bucknall
Julie is a consultant social worker with 30 years’ experience working with children, young people, families and professionals. Her role is to supervise the management and delivery of our service and will ensure a quality service is provided for all children and young people we care for. She is passionate about her role and aims to make a positive experience and environment for children to, aspire, thrive and achieve.

John Bucknall
John has over 30 years’ experience of working in children and adult social care, as a commissionaire, manager and frontline practitioner. John is a qualified therapist and teacher in higher adult and further education.
